This is a flexible hybrid role. Your Responsibilities: Deliver design, modeling, and documentation services for telecommunications systems on advanced facility projects. Apply your Revit expertise while adhering to Jacobs and client BIM standards. Utilize Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to develop and manage comprehensive 3D BIM models across all design disciplines. Create 2D construction drawings and ensure the delivery of clash-free, constructible documents. Work closely with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to bring design visions to life. What We Seek: Demonstrable experience in telecommunications BIM design for complex facilities. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design within the construction industry. Knowledge of how codes and standards impact design decisions. Understanding of design and construction specifications. Comprehension of wiring and cabling connections relevant to devices and equipment. Experience in adhering to client design and modeling standards. Familiarity with markup software, such as Bluebeam. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Adept at estimating project hours based on directives and markups. Openness to learning and assimilating new information. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD. Understanding of clean room and data center environments. Experience in designing paging, intercom, and audio-visual systems. Knowledge of life safety, security systems, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV. Familiarity with control systems and network components and topology.
