Department Overview The Supply Chain Project Manager plays a vital role in our operations, overseeing the successful execution of critical projects. Job Description In this role, you will lead projects from their inception all the way to completion. Your responsibilities will include lifecycle planning, implementation, and performance monitoring to ensure that they meet our business goals. You will analyze risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and maintain resource management while providing regular updates to stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze, plan, and execute project management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify potential gaps and risks in engineering qualifications and devise strategies to mitigate them, preventing project delays. Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining supply continuity. Oversee planning and execution of new projects, ensuring all commitments are met while managing project interdependencies. Support initiatives that assess and improve supplier performance concerning project responsiveness. Create thorough project documentation, presentations for status updates, and materials for steering committee meetings. Manage project resources, resolve conflicts, escalate issues when necessary, and guide change management processes during projects. Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Additional Qualifications: Proficient in planning, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership qualities, analytical abilities, and strategic planning skills. Exceptional communication proficiency to lead projects and engage with diverse management levels and suppliers. Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and supply chain relationships. Familiarity with Google Suites. Able to prioritize numerous tasks in a dynamic environment and work independently. Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $130,000 USD We value transparency in compensation, with offers based on each candidate's unique skills and experience. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Program Management.
