Summary & Purpose of Position The Recruiter will develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment plans designed to build a robust pipeline of talented Branch Managers, Branch Sales Managers, and Mortgage Loan Originators. By utilizing both traditional and creative recruiting methods, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent. Responsibilities Collaborate with management and Human Resources to create and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet current and future staffing needs. Work closely with Regional and Branch Managers to source, assess, and interview top candidates across defined market regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and referral partners to understand hiring and business needs. Network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees to expand recruitment outreach. Develop a comprehensive recruiting and interviewing strategy for each open role. Fill positions effectively and efficiently. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Proactively develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through social media engagement, cold calls, and extensive research. Post job openings on social media and professional networking sites to attract both active and passive candidates. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry trade shows to bolster recruiting efforts and awareness. Provide interview and on-boarding support to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process. Communicate the company culture and values effectively to candidates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Self-motivated and confident individual. Strong experience in marketing, social media, and CRM tools. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable in recruiting across all organizational levels. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficient computer skills. At least 2 years of recruiting experience. Experience in sourcing passive candidates through calls and networking. Required experience in the mortgage industry. Salary Minimum: USD $45,000.00/Yr. Maximum: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
