Installer Services Coordinator

The Installer Services Coordinator is a knowledgeable and skilled parts expert who addresses the requirements of professional customers at the installer counter. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the delivery team to guarantee that our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and nurture relationships with installers and professional clients to drive sales. Promptly and accurately process customer orders via phone and online, ensuring timely invoicing and part selection for delivery. Coordinate the efforts of delivery specialists to maintain consistent and timely deliveries to customers. Regularly inspect and maintain delivery vehicles according to company standards. Ensure all vehicle inspections are conducted punctually and that daily mileage is recorded in fleet management tools. Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide exceptional service to our professional clientele. Verify all products, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store. Ensure timely pickups and credits for customer core and warranty returns. Audit customer returns to prevent warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging and labeling of returns. Assist with front counter operations and, as needed, support retail counter functions. Contribute to backroom tasks such as auto-load, returns, and stocking. Streamline the processing of customer labor claims for efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Strong background in mechanics. Excellent communication skills. Preferred: Practical experience in automotive repairs. ASE Certification. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
