We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Hotel Restaurant General Manager in Auburn, AL, to oversee multi-outlet dining operations at our upscale hotel. This leader will directly manage restaurant and bar supervisors, oversee dinner service, special events, and full-service operations, while driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a working leadership role, not a desk position.
