About the Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting the best talent to join our diverse team at Crowe. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and partners, you will gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and share in the responsibility for delivering exceptional results. We seek individuals who excel at building strong relationships with hiring leaders and effectively influencing recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment process from the initial requisition approval to the acceptance of job offers. Work alongside hiring leaders to create innovative recruiting strategies with the guidance of your Team Lead. Stay current on candidate market trends in specialized areas and evolve into a strategic talent advisor. Utilize market intelligence tools to offer hiring insights to Managers/Partners and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and consistent communication. Engage in networking through industry relationships, associations, and referrals to uncover new talent. Employ strong sourcing techniques using various methods and technologies to find top candidates. Maintain accurate data for real-time reporting on recruitment progress. Propose enhancements to streamline the recruiting process. Participate in special projects and task forces as required. Embody and encourage Crowe's values of diversity and inclusion. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of recruiting or relevant HR experience. Strong multitasking and time management skills for effective prioritization in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability in response to market fluctuations. Proven experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor to achieve shared business goals. Consultative approach with a history of building stakeholder relationships and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred. The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $128,500.00 per year, depending on various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
