Our team combines expertise in scientific and laboratory informatics with strategic consulting and industry platforms knowledge to deliver innovative solutions across various sectors. What You Will Do: Collaborate with clients to shape their digital transformation vision and journey towards a modern enterprise environment. Offer insights on digital lab solutions, addressing strengths and weaknesses in planning solutions to meet transformational goals. Engage with senior leaders to ensure commitment to recommended solutions. Act as the planner/architect for delivery initiatives, overseeing the design and implementation of digital lab solutions using Accenture's methodologies. Manage engagement risks, practice performance, and uphold our brand reputation. Coach project resources to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Contribute to the development of our Scientific Informatics consulting portfolio through thought leadership and identifying opportunities. Drive business development initiatives to introduce innovative solutions to clients. Utilize your technical, industry, and functional expertise to support sales opportunities with both existing and new clients. Be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations. What You Need: 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC Manufacturing. Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science or Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or in Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering). Bonus Points if You Have: Experience working with a consulting firm or a scientific/laboratory informatics company. Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. Please note this job posting is anticipated to open for at least 3 days.
