This leader will possess a robust engineering background and will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and leadership of the college, ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and values. The Dean will oversee the development and enhancement of academic programs tailored to meet student and industry needs, while building and strengthening partnerships with industry professionals, alumni, and the community. Key responsibilities include: Leading fundraising initiatives to support college objectives. Managing a sustainable budget effectively. Ensuring programs meet and exceed accreditation standards. Utilizing data-driven decision-making for proactive management. Fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. Demonstrating stewardship in personnel and resource management. Applicants must hold an earned terminal degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of successful administrative experience in academia or relevant industrial management.
