Benefits for OTR Truck Drivers: Competitive Pay: Start at $.58 CPM with the potential to earn up to $.60 CPM with bonuses. Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 - Receive $500 on your first paycheck and $500 after 90 days of employment. Referral Bonus Program: $1,000 - $500 paid after the referred driver is dispatched and $500 after 60 days of employment. Consistent OTR miles and quality freight.
