Senior Commercial Estimator

Sr. Estimator Responsibilities Thoroughly review and comprehend project documents while assessing potential risks. Analyze project logistics and schedules effectively. Manage and develop cost estimates for at-risk projects, including all essential material, labor, equipment, and general condition costs necessary for project completion. Engage in pre-construction duties and actively participate in client meetings with owners and engineers. Maintain and update a historical database of costs. Sr. Estimator Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating Commercial construction projects. At least 5 years of experience estimating all divisions of large-scale Commercial Ground-Up projects, ideally exceeding $10M. Proficiency in all estimating principles, including reviewing conceptual estimates. Strong collaborative communication skills; a team player with a balanced approach. Advanced computer skills with estimating software; Timberline experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
