This role involves advising on technology and data analytics to establish a connected and agile supply chain framework. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Degree: Master of Business Administration Preferred Certifications: APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD Key Skills and Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology to achieve measurable industry outcomes. Understanding demand planning and forecast development, especially the influence of forecast accuracy on inventory and cost management. Presenting complex supply optimization analytics in straightforward terms related to supply chain costs and performance. Exhibiting strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving capabilities alongside critical thinking skills. Leadership Qualifications: In-depth understanding of Kinaxis planning and control tower tools. Comprehending the demand planning process, including data maintenance and execution. Experience with demand and supply planning in sectors such as CPG, Industrial Products, Paper and Pulp, and Pharma Life Science. Managing inventory efficiently while optimizing costs to meet customer service expectations. Aligning supply plans with corporate goals. Grasping key performance indicators and their role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Identifying potential enhancements in current supply planning processes and systems. Implementing supply chain network planning and capacity optimization strategies. Executing global inventory management practices. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and can enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, and more.
