Job SummaryHaddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Home Health Aides (LiCHHAs) to provide 24-hour care and support to clients in their homes. Care is provided under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Case Manager. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per Plan of Care Personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with ambulation and mobility Medication reminders (self-administered only) Take and document vital signs as directed Provide companionship and emotional support Encourage independence and mental engagement Follow care plans and complete required documentation Report changes in client condition to nursing staff Qualifications Active state Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Completion of all required background checks Reliable transportation 1 year experience preferred (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, and assist with mobility Ability to lift and transfer clients up to 200 lbs with assistance Ability to carry up to 10 lbs Work Environment Live-in client home setting High exposure to bloodborne pathogens Compensation: Live-in pay: $240 per day Optional food allowance: $20 per day
