Find your fit - and your future. We are looking for a Fit Developer who will bring clarity, management, and organization to our Women's Product Development team. You will execute all fit block development needs from concept to final approval. You will deliver manufacturing ready product for the Levi's brand, meeting the required aesthetic goals, global sourcing strategies, cost, quality and safety. You will report to the Senior Manager of Fit Development. About the Job Guide Seasonal Fit Development based on Design's fit direction using fit intelligence and competitive research for Men's and Women's Tops (including knits, woven tops, outerwear and blazers) Apply knowledge of fabric, source base capabilities, fit, construction and design aesthetics to develop fit blocks that will meet LS&Co.'s product standards, create new best in class fits and update current portfolio Collaborate with Garment Developers to ensure approved fit blocks are applied to seasonal products and assist them in seasonal product garment development Lead competitive product fit reviews, creating body target measurements, creating all fit block sampling and gain consumer feedback to guide final fit block approvals Collaborate with and influence Design in interpreting and translating aesthetic requirements into styling details that can provide commercially viable product for mass production Attend / lead fittings and evaluate and document all fit block comments for the production locations Integrate all timeline processes with important stakeholders to meet all relevant "Go to Market" milestones Liaise between Design and Product Development Team and source base for quality product execution and bulk production problem solving Stay informed about contractor related technical/equipment capabilities About You 7+ years experience focusing on the execution of fit per design concepts Experience in the apparel industry focused on tops including both Men's and Women's knits, woven tops, and outerwear Able to interpret, articulate, and apply fit hierarchy & frames in creating blocks per the brand DNA and product intent. Able to apply sound judgment and understanding to interpret design intent in alignment with pattern engineering principles. Proficiency in fit standards, block usage, and size consistency across diff size ranges, product categories and men's and women's apparel. Experience preparing fit meetings, conducting fit sessions, updating patterns and specification documentation in required systems Forge partnerships with overseas technical teams as a means to drive clarity on all pattern work and fit requirements. Troubleshoot fit issues and bring to resolution. Understanding of product development calendars, sense of urgency & partnership to meet all required deadlines Proficiency with Illustrator and Gerber Accumark Fit Development Word, Excel, PLM and 3D Fit Development Programs This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,300 - $135,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
