Job Description Join our dynamic Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team as a Senior Manager of Product Management, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving product definition, development, and launch for our innovative Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy offerings. As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of product development, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure alignment and success in our mission-critical product releases aimed at enhancing OCI's growth and success in the global market. Your primary objective will be to define and deliver product solutions that truly resonate with our customers. You'll manage the full portfolio roadmap for DRCC and Alloy, oversee the entire lifecycle of products, and work closely with engineering and outbound teams to prioritize features and ensure readiness for market launch. This role requires: A proven track record in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication. Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader, able to articulate requirements and key metrics to keep everyone focused on the right priorities. A passion for product management with a robust history of developing service offerings related to Core Cloud Infrastructure Services. Technical knowledge of physical datacenters and cloud services, such as compute, storage, and networking, addressing a diverse range of requirements. An ability to understand the technical dependencies of services while focusing on an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OCI cloud infrastructure products, defining strategy, roadmap, requirements, competitive analysis, and go-to-market execution. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver top-notch cloud solutions. Engage closely with customers and partners, understanding pain points and translating their needs into actionable product requirements. Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to inform product direction and ensure OCI remains at the forefront of innovation. Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to executive stakeholders, simplifying complex technical concepts into clear narratives. Drive customer adoption, develop business cases, and track metrics to assess product success and guide future investments. Serve as an advocate for OCI at industry events and customer sessions, as well as within the company. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the technology industry, with significant experience owning cloud infrastructure products. Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider, including delivering large-scale infrastructure products or services. Technical certifications or evidence of solutions built on major cloud platforms. A strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding architectures and APIs. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at all organizational levels. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA/MS) preferred. Preferred Experience: A successful track record of product launches in cloud or enterprise technology markets. A deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, security, networking, and infrastructure-as-code. The salary range for this role is between $120,100 and $251,600 per annum, which may include bonus, equity, and compensation deferral options.
