Key Responsibilities: ·         Oversee daily operations of our restaurant outlets, including dining room, lounge, in-room dining, coffee shop, and special events. ·         Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service. ·         Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations. ·         Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training. ·         Monitor financial performance—manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions. ·         Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences. ·         Champion Hyatt’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace. What We’re Looking For: ·         Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting. ·         Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred. ·         Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. ·         Exceptional communication and organizational skills. ·         Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications. ·         Detail-oriented and service-driven, with a “yes, and...” mindset. ·         Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
