Senior Consultant - Digital Grid Transformation In today's complex environment, our clients within the Power & Utilities sector face numerous challenges in achieving sustained performance. As a Senior Consultant specializing in technology transformation, you will play a critical role in helping clients implement advanced digital grid programs and systems such as AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, and GIS, enhancing their operational efficiency and value. Your Role As a key member of our Technology Transformation Program Delivery team, you will lead and manage technology projects that align with strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Integrating and configuring operational technology systems, ensuring compatibility with enterprise IT. Collaborating with client technical teams for the design, testing, and validation of grid modernization solutions. Overseeing deliverables, tracking project status, and managing budgets. Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients to drive engagement and understanding. Identifying service delivery improvements and new business opportunities. Staying informed about industry trends to act as a trusted advisor to clients. What We Seek To thrive in this position, you will need strong project and program delivery skills using Agile and waterfall methodologies, along with the ability to mentor junior team members. Required qualifications include: A Bachelor's degree. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Power & Utilities with a focus on digital grid systems. Hands-on experience in system integration and testing with AMI, ADMS, EMS, DRMS, DERMS, and SCADA platforms. Ability to tackle complex problems with effective communication skills and impact. A solid understanding of operational technology architecture and project management tools.
