ServiceNow DeveloperRemote / Local to Washington, DC Metro AreaOverview: Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, (re-) architecting, transforming, and developing ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other ServiceNow developers, project managers, and business analysts to implement ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities:Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of ServiceNow configurations and customizations. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow architecture and development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. US Citizenship or Permanent Residence/Green Card allowed (must live in the USA) Able to obtain a Public Trust/Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist). Certifications related to ITIL, ITSM, and/or CMMI.
