Facilities Specialist - Durham

Job Title: Facilities Specialist Contract Length: 12 month Reports To: Principal Supervises:Primary Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school building; identifying issues of concern, providing solutions, troubleshooting appliances and school building systems, conducting complex repairs and handling preventative maintenance. Able to respond to requests with short notice Assist Principal, staff, and administration with moving needs
