Executive Recruiter

Ascendo Resources a CMBE is expanding our Jax office and seeking a full-desk Recruiter. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in finding new clients, growing existing client relationships, and finding exceptional candidates within our Professional Services division. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building. Identify candidates in various skill sets to meet client requirements. Skill sets may include: Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin/Clerical, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations etc. in Entry level thru C-Suite experienced roles Requirements: Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry. Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
