Are you looking to join a passionate team working in the ever-changing world of automotive? Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking for a driven Finance Manager to join the team of the North American HQ in Troy, MI. The Finance Manager is responsible for creating financial and operation analysis for NAO. As well as developing and establishing MIS and budgets and forecasting for NAO. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:Manages conduct of statistical analysis of information affecting financial and accounting programs of public, industrial, and/or financial organizations. Summarizes data setting forth current and long-term trends in investment risks and measurable economic influences pertinent to status of investments. May be required to research and make analysis relative to losses and adverse financial trends and suggest remedial measures. Responsible to develop budgets for NAO facilities. Will be required to communicate budget analysts to all NAO facilities and departments. Responsible for reporting NAO performance profitability, actual sales vs. budgeted sales, plant sales, plant profitability, total cost improvements, cash flow projections and assumptions in cash flow projections. Responsible for supervising departmental personnel and projects. Responsible to reconcile spending and costs per budget analyst to ensure NAO facilities and departments operate within budget. Developing and reporting to upper management key ratios, figures, and statistics for all NAO facilities. Will forecast sales for NAO (5 years). Monthly report – NAO sales reports, accounting reporting (balance sheet, financial statements) Provide for sound and timely managerial decisions and controls through provision of evaluated financial operational and cash flow data and information to management. Provision of adequate capital to meet current and future needs through development of an economical capital structure. Assure optimum utilization of financial resources through sound forecasting and cash management. Deliver with accuracy any special projects and aid in resolving various misc. situations as assigned by CFO Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, Administrative commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses. Documents revenues and expenditures expected and submit to management. Advises management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interprets budgets to management. Required to adhere to applicable TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements. Note: This section is not inclusive. Other duties are assigned as necessary to support team goals. Please refer to the required list of skills and experience below. Education can be substituted with equivalent experience. Licenses & Certifications are preferred but not required. Specific salary is commensurate with experience and factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications and licenses, skills, and training.
