We're seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to join our Global Headquarters team and play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, influence strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements across a dynamic organization. What You'll Do Assist in preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, public debt offerings). Research complex accounting issues and review transaction documents for technical implications. Monitor and implement new accounting standards and regulatory changes. Oversee monthly close, consolidation, and financial statement presentation. Identify and implement process improvements, including maintenance of OneStream platform. Partner with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits. Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control initiatives. Contribute to strategic corporate projects as assigned. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or Master's preferred. 12-15 years of progressive experience, including Big 4 public accounting at Senior Manager level or higher. CPA designation required. Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and extensive SEC reporting experience. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage priorities and influence change. Action-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems; experience in multi-currency environments.
