We are an established property management company seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a beautifully maintained 542-unit apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you will partner closely with the Community Manager to oversee all facets of day-to-day operations from leasing and marketing to resident relations, administration, and financial management. You'll play a key role in creating a community our residents are proud to call home. Support the Community Manager across all phases of property operations and general administration Actively market the community and maintain high occupancy of qualified residents Assist with billing, accounting, and financial reporting duties Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with residents Help coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the property is well-maintained Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming community environment Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry Demonstrated sales experience with a results-oriented mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills Professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed expectations Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach Bookkeeping experience preferred Benefits We believe in taking care of our team.
