Job Description

The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Information Technology is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Mainframe Programmer Analyst in Atlanta,Georgia. This position is responsible for providing system maintenance and enhancements for the DHS Special Projects Team. Responsibilities include butare not limited to: Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code. Work with IT support teams (ex. DBA's) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
