Job Title: Gameday Liaison Department: Soccer Operations Reports to: Sr. Soccer Operations Coordinator Job Summary: The Gameday Liaison supports the Soccer Operations staff with all match day logistics to ensure an organized and seamless home game experience. This role assists with home team needs, distributes credentials and passes, and helps escort FCC personnel throughout the stadium to their designated areas. The position also oversees suite readiness, ensuring spaces are properly maintained and prepared throughout each match. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing responsibilities in a fast-paced game day environment, along with a willingness to take on additional duties as assigned. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive support to Soccer Operations staff with all game day logistics. Assist with home team needs to ensure a seamless match day experience. Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout each home match. Escort FCC personnel throughout the stadium to their designated areas. Demonstrate reliability and adaptability in a dynamic, fast paced game day environment. Assist FCC personnel families with seating and related needs. Distribute credentials and access passes accurately and efficiently. Monitor and maintain suite conditions, ensuring all spaces are properly prepared and attended to. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: Demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Always exhibit a professional appearance. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work majority to all of FC Cincinnati home games at TQL Stadium. This will include week nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to speak French/Spanish/Portuguese not mandatory but a plus. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time as well as walking, bending, and continuous climbing of stairs. What You'll Need: Ability to stay calm and perform well in fast-paced, intense, or unexpected situations. Ability to anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and maintain accuracy in duties. High energy, adaptability, and exceptional customer service skills to manage fast-paced. Be proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
