Business Coordinator

Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for an Business Coordinator to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Saint Petersburg. Role Overview: Contract Role: 3 months Pay: $27.92/hr on W2 Responsibilities: Handles the end-to-end processing of product orders, educator expenses, and daily ticket sales data. Manages class records and digital data updates to ensure all educational information remains accurate and current. Provides comprehensive support to the education department through inquiry resolution, administrative tasks, and the creation of promotional selling tools like flyers. Required Qualifications: Demonstrates high-level professionalism and customer service skills, with a focus on effective verbal and written communication. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce and SAP platforms. Exhibits high attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus while using standard office equipment for the majority of the workday.
