IT Consulting - US D365 Support General Location: Millburn, NJ or Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid, onsite as needed) Duration: 8 1/2 Months (04/15/24-12/31/24) Description: 1. Client will make D365 systems available to be utilized 2. Client will have appropriate resources available to work on the project 3. This SOW only applies to the US RLT Sites. Any additional support requested will require a change request or additional SOW. 4. This SOW is to support supply chain efforts with an emphasis on inventory and warehousing modules. The general acceptance process shall be as described in the Agreement, with specific details described per Deliverable. • Attend status calls with D365 partner as well as internally to keep project on track • Manage issues lists/bug reports/testing notes • Work with end users to help identify, resolve, and escalate issues • Support testing of proposed solution • Review overall solution design • Train team members with D365 functionality • Provide advisory support in the Inventory and Warehousing modules • Provide go live support
