Job Title: Production AssociateJob SummaryThe Production Associate plays a key role in the preparation and packaging of fresh salad products. This position involves operating production equipment, ensuring product quality and food safety standards, and performing equipment sanitation when machinery is not in use. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a cold, wet production environment.Key Responsibilities Operate production and packaging equipment used to mix, process, and package salad products Monitor products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and packaging standards Accurately package and pack finished products Disassemble, clean, and sanitize machinery during non‑production periods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Essential Skills General labor and production experience Assembly and packaging/packing Machine operation and equipment handling Ability to work in a cleanroom or food‑production environment Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in GTW (Good to Work) positions preferred Rehire eligibility check required for former employees Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Why Work Here?
