Manager, Respiratory Therapy Location: Redwood City, CA Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time | Regular Manager, Respiratory Therapy to lead inpatient respiratory care services in a unionized hospital environment. This onsite leadership role is responsible for managing respiratory therapy teams, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient outcomes across a single site or multiple sites. This leader will drive evidence-based respiratory care, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in alignment with Healthcare's mission and operational goals.
