Operator I (1st Shift: 6:30AM-3:00PM)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Familiar with safety rules (SDS, PPE requirements, etc.). Operates in a Safe manner. Operates various molding presses following standard procedures (understanding press packet) Deflashes, inspects and packs parts as needed and palletizes finished goods correctly per work instructions. Reports any non-conforming issues to shift supervisor Know and understand Quality Understands and performs visual criteria inspections. Verifies questionable parts with quality staff Fills out clean and legible reports (Scrap/Production Report, product labels) Responsible for a clean, orderly, and safe work area Clocks in/out for scheduled shift times Verifies job assignment and reports to assigned press at scheduled start time Respect co-workers, equipment and facility Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Must be able to stand while operating machinery Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs. Understand difference between (WP) and (FG) products IQMS usage - clocks in/out properly for work/breaks Understands the difference between skill levels needed to progress through Operator I-III Understanding of all areas outlined on the Skills Checklist.
