RemX Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Billing Specialist!This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit monthly progress billings in alignment with subcontract agreements Process AIA billing packages (G702/G703) and maintain the Schedule of Values Track and incorporate approved change orders into billing cycles Manage conditional and unconditional lien waivers Coordinate with Project Managers to verify percent-complete billing Monitor retainage and prepare release documentation Track aging receivables and assist with collection efforts Maintain organized billing files and compliance documentation Communicate professionally with general contractors and accounting teams Schedule PTO around monthly billing deadlines to ensure uninterrupted billing cycles As a RemX Construction Billing Specialist We Offer You: Competitive pay Paid weekly (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available) Access to health benefits and retirement plan A personal recruiter to help with job searches and assistance when at work!
