Description Home Search Jobs Job Description Recruiter II/ III Contract to Hire: Seattle, Washington, US Salary Range: 50.00 - 55.00 | Per Hour Job Code: 367699 End Date: 2026-03-22 Days Left: 13 days, 3 hours left Apply Job Title: Recruiter II/ III - Operations Recruiter - Logistics, Warehouse & Aviation RolesJob Location: Bellevue, WA 98004 OR Seattle, WA 98109 (Can work from either location, client offices)Job Duration: 12 Months ContractPay Rate: $50.00/hr to $55.00/hrJob Description: Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years (for Recruiter II) and 5 to 8 years (for Recruiter III) of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Purpose of the Team and key projects: Recruiting both internal and external Team culture: All recruiters, high velocity fast functioning team that delivers engineering, safety for client operations, there is rapid growth throughout NAM, has unique roles Why is the position open? New temp worker Daily schedule: Arrival no later than 9-5 OT, Weekend, or Holiday schedule: Will submit a ticket if it is needed, none expected Task Breakdown and Workflow: Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers. Nice to haves: Previous Healthcare experience Experience working with ATS Experience in sourcing Leadership Principles: Bias for action Deliver Results Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience for Recruiter II and 5+ Years for Recruiter III Disqualifies: Not looking for tech recruiters Performance Indicators: Measured on offers accepted each month. Ex is estimated 23/ month. Degree/ Certification Requirements: Bachelors What background does someone have that is successful in this role? Drone Team: industrial backgrounds- high volume (not recruiting engineers) WHS: Airline experience, warehouse, logistics, supply chain. Retail.
