Job Title: Data Center Maintenance Technician 4 Location: Quincy , WA Salary Range: $50/hr to $52/hr on W2Introduction We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a role that involves maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis. Strong mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback. In-depth knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software. Proficiency in computer software, including configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet directory services software. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent training/education. 8-10 years of customer service-related experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide technical support to designers, marketing and sales departments, suppliers, engineers, and other team members throughout the product development and implementation process. Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure they meet specifications and requirements. Oversee the build, testing, and modification of product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with computer simulation. Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware solutions. Direct technicians, engineering designers, or other technical support personnel as needed. Collaborate with engineering staff and consult specifications to evaluate the interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of the overall system.
