At POA, we believe that all voices can and should be heard, regardless of seniority or tenure. We are seeking a Technical VP Service to oversee our WA market service department. Minimum Requirements: 5-10 years' experience in copier/printer repair industry Prior experience managing 25+ service employees Min. 5 years' experience in management or supervisor role Demonstrative ability to recruit, motivate and train our technical force Evaluate cost of operation and establish work assignment benchmarks Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to set compensation structure standard with the industry Ability to set processes & procedures that improve efficiency and bottom line results, while consistently improving our high level of customer service Additional Leadership Competencies: Ability to lead through influence across multiple organizational layers (managers, supervisors, technicians) Builds bench strength among service managers and supervisors Implements continuous improvement methodologies Deep understanding of what it takes to be competent and effective as a manager in the field.
