Insight Global is looking for a full-time Process Engineer to support a composite materials manufacturing site in Piedmont, SC. This role leads process engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic production issues, and support new product introductions while aligning with global best practices and capital projects. The engineer will conduct feasibility studies, analyze process and quality data, implement optimization measures, support rootcause investigations, and guide digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities also include defining technical scope for capital projects, overseeing implementation through startup and commissioning, and promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration. The position includes participation in launching a new production facility abroad, requiring 5-30% international travel initially and up to 50% by late 2026, with flexibility to live overseas for 6-12 months. Understanding of quality systems, ISO9001/AS9100 requirements Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience as a production engineer with hands-on troubleshooting and procedure writing Six Sigma Black Belt certification Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
