Job Full Description Job Title: Driver's Assistant - Loader/Delivery Helper Location: Lakeville, MN Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Driver's Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced construction supply environment. This is a loader/delivery support role, riding alongside our driver to deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to "get the job done," we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist the driver with loading, securing, and unloading materials at various worksite locations Handle a wide range of building materials including: Cabinets & Countertops Doors, Drywall & Insulation Lumber, Roofing, Siding Decking, Plywood, Moulding, and more Ensure all materials are handled safely and delivered in excellent condition Provide on-site delivery support to ensure smooth customer experience Communicate effectively with the driver and job site personnel Maintain a clean and organized truck/load area Perform all duties safely and efficiently Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs alone and up to 150 lbs with a partner Comfortable with physical labor including walking, standing, bending, sitting, and pushing/pulling Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Experience with construction or building materials is a plus, but not required Willingness to work in various weather conditions What We Offer: Stable, full-time schedule On-the-job training and support Career growth opportunities in the building supply industry Team-driven work culture Lakeville (Savage), MN 2220 8275 210th Street West Lakeville, MN 55044
