Financial Controller - St. Louis, Missouri | $125K-$165K + Bonus We're working with a well-established and fast-growing U.S. manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a pivotal part in steering the company's financial health. What You'll Do: Own all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee accounting operations, audits, and tax compliance Improve internal controls and financial systems Lead and mentor a small accounting team Analyze KPIs and deliver actionable insights Why You Might Be a Fit: 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance with 2+ years at a senior/controller level Strong GAAP and cost accounting background Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and ERP systems (JobBOSS a plus) Excel whiz with excellent analytical chops Based in or close to Union, MO (on-site daily) Comp & Perks: Competitive salary: $125K-$165K + 15% target bonus Health, dental, vision, 401k w/ match, PTO, tuition assistance Long-term growth in a stable, expanding organization
