This opportunity focuses on assisting physicians with a variety of advanced interventional procedures including neuro, vascular, CT, and ultrasound-guided interventions. The role requires proficiency in imaging technology and a strong ability to support physicians as a first assistant during procedures. This position offers a travel assignment lasting approximately 14 weeks at a leading healthcare institution. Schedule & Hours: Four 10-hour day shifts per week 1 to 2 call shifts per week 1 weekend shift every 6 weeks Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with interventional neuro and vascular procedures using CT and ultrasound guidance Perform scrubbing duties as a first assistant to the physician Circulate during procedures, ensuring smooth operation of imaging equipment Film and charge exams within the electronic health record system Utilize specialized imaging systems including Siemens single and bi-plane equipment and McKesson PACS Qualifications & Desired Experience: ARRT (R) certification required BLS certification required RTR or RTRVI certification required KY Radiation Operator's License must be obtained before start date 1 to 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology with skills in Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR) Preferred experience working with EPIC system and Siemens imaging equipment Location: Situated in Georgetown, Kentucky, this facility provides a supportive and technologically advanced environment ideal for professionals seeking to expand their skill set in interventional radiology.
