Drivers in this role run consistent lanes across northern Florida, eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and southern North Carolina. These routes are structured to support predictable scheduling and steady freight movement each week. This position is designed for drivers who prefer familiar operating areas and consistent trip planning while maintaining regular home time. Job Overview Drivers operate within a regional network built around dedicated retail freight. Routes are planned in advance to support reliable dispatch scheduling and consistent weekly mileage. The operations team works closely with drivers to maintain communication, coordinate delivery timing, and support safe trip planning. Compensation and Schedule Drivers earn weekly pay from 1,275 to $1,550. Additional pay may be available for stop completions, short-distance runs, or holiday coverage when applicable. Most drivers return home weekly, allowing time for a regular weekend reset before starting the next work period. Equipment Drivers operate late-model International LT tractors equipped with 71-inch sleepers. Fleet equipment is maintained on a scheduled service program and includes auxiliary power units, inverter systems, and refrigeration space for personal food storage during trips.
