Property Managers - Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Marysville, & Newark openings! PrideStaff Columbus East Position Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Starting Salary based on Location and Experience = $60-75K/yr + bonus! PrideStaff is looking to hire Property Managers for one of the Top-Rated Property Management Groups in Columbus. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a family friendly 240 unit apartment complex located in either Newark or Reynoldsburg. Property Manager will benefit from an outstanding benefits package and other employee perks! Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)$55-75,000/year + bonuses & benefits! Property Manager Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all real estate transections Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Property Manager Qualifications: Previous experience in property management Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
