Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to care for our residents at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the facility: Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility is a 111-bed long-term care facility that provides transitional or long-term skilled nursing care. The facility provides care for the early stages of dementia. A typical day includes: Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal property, protecting from damage and assuring proper storage Making rounds to assigned resident, accommodating resident needs Ensuring safe, appropriate nursing care is administered and problems reported to the charge nurse for follow-up action A typical day includes: A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents. Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and document intakes. Bathes, dresses, and assists resident with personal hygiene including oral hygiene, peri-care, nail care, and hair care along with any other activity of daily living needed. Completes range of motion, positions, and pads residents for proper alignment, comfort, and relief of pressure. Job Requirements: Education: HS diploma Experience: None! We provide on the job training and assist with obtaining your Certified Nurse Assistant Certification.
