What You'll Be Doing Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols. Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required. Conduct thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe laboratory workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Required Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your career with us. Essential Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within healthcare settings.
