Role Description We're looking for a highly capable Software Engineering Manager to join our team in Glendale. Responsibilities Lead with Impact: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership. Build & Architect: Stay hands-on with the design and development of our secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS platform using modern technologies like Python, Node.js, React graphql, typescript. Drive Excellence: Champion engineering best practices, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure a high standard of quality across the entire development lifecycle. Own CI/CD & DevOps: Take a leading role in maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless and efficient deployments on AWS. Innovate with AI: Work on exciting projects at the intersection of software engineering and AI, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications You have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. You are an expert in SaaS and cloud-native development, with deep, hands-on experience using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). You have a strong command of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. You are proficient in our core stack: Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision is a significant plus. Experience with healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus.
