This role is ideal for a civil engineer with at least five years of experience supporting water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Houston area. The position focuses on assisting with water and wastewater master planning, hydraulic and system modeling, and the design of utilities such as waterlines, force mains, lift stations, pump stations, detention, and drainage systems. The engineer will support preparation of engineering calculations, technical memoranda, cost estimates, and construction documents, along with QA/QC of plans and reports. The role includes coordination with internal teams, subconsultants, and municipal clients, as well as support through the construction phase, including submittal and RFI review and occasional field visits. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required, along with an active Texas EIT or PE license. This position is based in Houston, Texas.
