The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) will provide personal care and assistance to residents according to the residents' individualized needs. S/he will perform these services in a professional manner and with respect for specific preferences of each resident. S/he shall provide professional care of the highest quality and shall assure that all residents' dignity, health, comfort, and confidentiality are respected at all times. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the Mission and Policies and Procedures of Summerhill Assisted Living.
