Our MemoryCare Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults whoexperience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that areindependent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medicationadministration, and other activities of daily living. What You'll Do Assist residents with personal cares, dailyactivities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity aspossible Provide dressing, bathing and bathroomassistance Transport residents to meals and activities,documentation of daily care, light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being What You'll Need Previous direct care experience, preferred Certified Nursing Assistant training and/orexperience (any State), preferred CBRF Certification, preferred Our Wages Our starting wages are between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00weekend shift differential, and incentive pay We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6months after you start and again at least annually Certifications are not required - we will train theright fit for our team!
