Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families throughout all life stages, from infants to seniors. Effectively manage chronic diseases, preventative needs, urgent health issues, and mental wellness in a patient-focused manner. Perform physical exams, analyze diagnostic tests, and create customized treatment strategies. Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational success. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, current patient documentation. Deliver care both in person and through telemedicine services to cater to patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or possessing) an active Texas medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Excellent diagnostic acumen and clinical aptitude, particularly in preventive and proactive healthcare.
