Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDSPre-Screening Question: Please confirm, are they aware this is a split shift position? Half of the contract is dayshift and the second half is nightshift. PLEASE READ: 1 Split Adult general Care/Critical Care - 1st half of contract dayshift - 2nd half of contract nightshift IN LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT First Time Travelers Accepted Shift Requirements: every other weekend, holiday rotation, 3x12s Must work 2/3 holidays Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NBRC, IN license COVID & Flu vaccines required Skillset Requirements: - Work Setting: Adult ICU - Respiratory Care: Airway management, Medication administration, Vent management, ABGs, 02 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP Skillset Preferred: - Work Setting: Trauma, Teaching hospital, ER - Respiratory Care: Bronchoscopes - Documentation Systems: Cerner - Equipment: Hamilton G5, Philips V60 Minimum Experience Required: 3 years min Unit Information: General Care and Adult Intensive Care.
