What You'll Do as a CNA: As a Certified Nursing Assistant on our overnight team, you'll play a vital role in resident comfort, safety, and care. Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition Ensuring a clean, safe, and calm overnight environment Supporting nursing staff with care routines and documentation Providing reassurance and companionship during nighttime hours What We're Looking For Valid California CNA certification Compassion for elder care and rehabilitation Dependable, team-oriented, and attentive to detail Previous skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Pay, Perks & Benefits Hourly pay range: $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-time overnight schedule Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Opportunities for training and career advancement A meaningful role making a difference every night Ready to Join Our Night Crew?
