Job Description Lead daily on-site operations for light industrial and tiltwall projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control. Conduct site meetings, inspections, reporting, and documentation. Partner with project managers to solve field challenges and maintain cost control. Ensure complete compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards. Travel as required based on project assignments. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial / Tiltwall should have: 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction. Strong tiltwall and groundup industrial project background. Demonstrated leadership managing subcontractors and jobsite workflows. Proficient in construction scheduling and documentation. OSHA 30 preferred; strong safety mindset. Willingness to travel regularly based on project locations. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $99,500 to $151,000 USD.
