HR Generalist - King of Prussia, PA Contract | Fully Onsite We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful HR Generalist for a fully onsite contract role in King of Prussia, PA. This position will support core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and in compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast?paced, people?focused environment. Responsibilities • Support day?to?day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, documentation, and compliance tasks • Assist with employee relations inquiries, policy interpretation, and HR communications • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, etc.) • Coordinate with HR leadership and departmental stakeholders to support engagement initiatives and workflow needs Qualifications • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage competing priorities, and operate fully onsite Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
